Booking Terms & Conditions


All guest must have:
  • VALID DRIVERS LICENCE OR PASSPORT
  • a valid credit card
  • $20 cash security deposit at time of check in
 
If you do not have these your booking will be cancelled and you will not be checked in.
 


Checking In:

- Check In time is after 2pm on the day of arrival. Sorry no early check ins.
- Payment in full must be made at time of check in including a refundable $20 security deposit per person.
- Bonfire Station Farmstay has the right to refuse stay at the time of check in
- Extended stays are permitted based on availability and payment made by 10am on the morning of check out.

- There are no 'cash refunds' given once guests are checked in.
 


Cancellation Policy
Booking cancellations must be made 24 hours before check in (1pm the day before arrival) or the credit card used to make the booking will be charged a 'no show' fee of 1 night rate per person booked.


Group Reservations

Groups Bookings of more than six people must be made directly with the hostel via email.
