Flo is one of our greatest creative assets here at Bonfire Station, and she's also the hospitality cornerstone of the business. She ensures that all our guests are having the best of times and can always be found working on ways to improve her home and venue.

Master Brewer & HR Pro

In the true spirit of a family-owned business, Rob’s brother Phil joins the family team as the master brewer. After years of home-brewing in his garage, Phil now brews on-site at Bonfire Station and handcrafts beers inspired by the family's travels. Phil loves to create a beer for everyone and add his own twist on each flavour.

Everyone's Mum & All-Rounder

Marita is a gorgeous addition to the Bonfire Station Team and is a gardening extraordinaire! Marita can be found working in the expansive grounds and gardens, working in the kitchens, gigs and functions, and always makes our patrons and team smile!

Orchard Management

​

Bob has been managing the Cathedral Cherries Orchard for over 20 years, and is a huge reason the expansive grounds look as picturesque as they do! In addition to maintaining and managing the farmlands, Bob makes mean roast potatoes and can often be found working with Chef in the kitchens and entertaining guests with his awesome country-life knowledge.

A local superstar that came on board in 2022 and quickly became a staple part of our Sunday pizza service. Lana's quick thinking and amazing quality hospitality are skills that we're very glad to have on board.
