Check-in is available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is by 10 am on the day of departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that all payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

ROOM USE AND AMENITIES

Your room rental includes comfortable linens and towels.

Guests have access to the venue’s common areas, including the bathrooms, garden and outdoor spaces, bar building and guest kitchen.

​

 

SMOKING & PETS

To ensure a comfortable environment for all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the rooms and all indoor areas of the venue. Designated smoking areas are available outside.

Pets are not permitted on the property.

DAMAGES AND LOSS

Guests are responsible for any damage to the room or property during their stay. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to furniture, fixtures, and any items provided within the room. In the event of damage, guests will be required to cover the costs of repairs or replacements. A security deposit may be taken upon check-in to cover potential damages, and any excess will be refunded after the room is inspected upon check-out.

GUEST LIABILITY & INSURANCE

Guests are responsible for their own safety and personal belongings during their stay. The venue is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of property that may occur while on the premises.

LIQUOR LICENSE

We don’t allow BYO while the bar is open, 12pm to 11pm.

​

 

SOUND AND MUSIC

Bonfire Station offers in-house sound system. There are no outside speakers or other

amplification allowed at the property.

Music must be turned down to ambient levels at 10:00pm on week nights and 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Noise from guests shouting, singing loudly etc also needs to not exceed noise levels.

FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, health emergencies, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control, we reserve the right to modify or cancel bookings. If your booking is affected, we will work with you to reschedule your stay or provide a full refund, depending on the situation. We are not liable for any costs, losses, or damages arising from such events.
